Colleen Evans is a senior resource development executive with extensive expertise in community and economic development, and marketing and public relations. She has developed, implemented and managed multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns as well as national and international stakeholder relationship programs.
Colleen's marketing and PR experience includes the creation of award winning marketing and advertising campaigns, and editor-in-chief of numerous publications. In her leadership role as a change agent for organizational development, she has led both government and non government organizations with a particular focus on education, the creative industries and business development.
Colleen has participated in and facilitated Board visioning sessions and the creation of vision, mission and value statements for many organizations. In addition, as a Board member and fund development professional she has coached and mentored governance Boards and staff to achieve measureable outcomes and success.

Lindsey is a fourth year Business Administration student at North Island College. She has been with the Chamber since June of 2011 as the Member Services Coordinator, providing marketing, administrative and event planning support. Lindsey has a participated on numerous Chamber event committees and chaired the 2012 Business Expo.
Lindsey is also passionate about horseback riding and barrel racing. Lindsey has been competing in the sport of barrel racing the majority of her life, at both an amateur and a professional level. She has been coaching others in the sport since 2008.

Tarla grew up in Alberta and spent her career within various business settings. She established her roles in administration, and was then directed into bookkeeping, human resources, and office management.
Her position with the Chamber includes Membership Retention and Membership Services. This is a challenging and fulfilling area that motivates her to contribute past experiences, and grow with the new ones.
Tarla and her husband Len moved to Campbell River in June of 2012, and indulge in the great outdoor lifestyle it has to offer. They travel whenever possible, and enjoy spending time with their 3 children, and 2 granddaughters.
