Colleen Evans is a senior resource development executive with extensive expertise in community and economic development, and marketing and public relations. She has developed, implemented and managed multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns as well as national and international stakeholder relationship programs.
Colleen's marketing and PR experience include the creation of award winning marketing and advertising campaigns and editor-in-chief of numerous publications. In her leadership role as a change agent for organizational development, she has led both government and non-government organizations with a particular focus on education, the creative industries, and business development.
Colleen has participated in and facilitated Board visioning sessions and the creation of vision, mission and value statements for many organizations. In addition, as a Board member and fund development professional, she has coached and mentored governance Boards and staff to achieve measurable outcomes and success.

Angela Caparelli- Membership Business Development Coordinator
Angela Caparelli, a long term Campbell River resident, joined the Chamber team in March 2016.
In 2003 she graduated from North Island College with a Bachelor of Business Administration. With both her education and many years of work experience, Angela is knowledgeable in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Retention as well as Customer Service.
Angela’s positive outlook on life and her love of Campbell River are reflected in both her work and home life.
Jennifer Skabar - Member Services Marketing & Events Coordinator
Jennifer Skabar is the newest member of our Chamber team. She is here filling in for Ashleigh as the Marketing & Events Coordinator of the Chamber while she is away on maternity leave. Jennifer was raised here in Campbell River and left for awhile to travel and explore. After living in and experiencing 32 countries and 5 provinces she has finally returned home like she always said she would. Jennifer loves this town and is excited to be back and looks forward to promoting the great businesses and lifestyles of Campbell River.
