AOur members are business enterprises and entrepreneurs located throughout Campbell River and area who represent all types of businesses and industry sectors, both large and small, home-based and not-for-profit organizations.

AYes. The Chamber welcomes all home-based business owners and non-profit organizations to become members and benefit from the many opportunities to promote their businesses and network with other business, community and government leaders.

QHow much does it cost to become a member of the Campbell River Chamber?

AThe fees associated with becoming a member are based on the number of employees within your business enterprise and pro-rated according to whether you are joining as a business, individual or student.

QWhy would businesses outside of Campbell River join the Campbell River Chamber of Commerce?

AWhether your business is based in Campbell River or outside of it, if you currently conduct a significant portion of your business in Campbell River or if you are looking to grow your business in Campbell River, then you should be a Chamber member.

QCan I bring a guest to Chamber events?

AYes. As a Chamber member you may bring a guest with you to any Chamber event.

AYes. A link to your business site is included in the online Membership Directory when you join the Chamber and is one of the many benefits for membership.

QAre there opportunities to promote my business within the Campbell River Chamber?

AAs well as the networking opportunities achieved by attending the Lunch & Learn sessions and the Monthly Chamber Luncheon & Breakfast events, you could showcase and promote your business by hosting a Business after Hours event.

Additional marketing and promotional opportunities are available for members to promote their business throughout the year including sponsorship opportunities associated with the Chamber Awards of Distinction and the Annual Speakers Series.

QCan I submit news items about my business to be included in Chamber News?

AMembers can submit your news items for consideration in the chamber member news section, designed to showcase our member's achievements. Share with us your news about: growth, partnerships, expansions, new location, employee promotions and announcements, awards and achievements, expanded service offering, and other accolades. Sales promotions and commercials will not be posted.
